Wendy Russell began her real estate career in 1997 and purchased her first property in 2002, just two months prior to her 21st birthday.
A chance opportunity to work as a receptionist for a local real estate office in Redcliffe Queensland when Wendy was just 16 eventually led to a hugely successful career in property that resulted in Wendy founding her own real estate agency in 2004 in the industrial town of Gladstone when she was just 23.
In 2 years, Wendy led a team of sales agents and property managers who organically grew the agency’s Rent Roll to around 200 properties and consistently negotiated in excess of a million dollars worth of property in any given month.

Josh’s passion for all things property stems from a ripe old age of 20 years of age when he first started investing and developing property.
