I enjoyed a long and successful career in the Tasmanian Police Force before commencing my real estate career in 1994. Since that time I have been personally involved in over 2,400 property transactions in the Launceston area.

Phillip first joined the family business in December 1969.
His career was interrupted by National Service in 1972 but upon his return to the business Phillip bought a half share in the company and went on to achieve his Diploma in Real Estate and become a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
Phillip has held many industry positions including being appointed to the State’s licensing body and the Real Estate Scholarship Board, a position he still holds today. Over his lengthy career in real estate Phillip has been Chairperson for the Australasian Senior Auctioneers Championship, State President of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) and National President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA). In 2002 he was recognised for his contribution to the Institute, being awarded Life Membership of the REIT.
