Kelly’s real estate career commenced in 1995 as a receptionist and by 1997 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. In 2000, Kelly moved to Melbourne were she managed a portfolio of over 250 properties.

She commenced working with Access in August 2005 after returning to Perth with her family from Melbourne. Kelly’s years of experience and dedication make her a standout property manager.

I’m a principal property manager and over my career, I’ve helped hundreds of property owners like you to manage their portfolios. Built on the basis of my extensive property market knowledge, integrity and commitment, I’ve been fortunate enough to open my own Professionals real estate office in Lithgow.

​I’ve watched the area grow into the flourishing hub that it is today, and I’m excited about showing you my passion for its property market. I’ve lived in the area for over 40 years, which gives me two key advantages – I know the market inside out, and I understand how to locate and attract the right kinds of tenants for your properties.

I have always been involved in property in some form or another. With an interest that started as a part time hobby, I am now immersed in all things property- from renovating and decorating to investing, advertising and property management. I have always been a keen and avid property enthusiast. When my husband and I moved to Perth, she developed a keen interest in the Australian property market and exchanged hobby with career.

Brooke is an experienced property manager with over 8 years industry experience, 4 of which have been in a senior role at Airey Property Management.

Brooke effectively handles a large portfolio of houses and apartments for local, interstate and overseas owners with whom she has built long lasting rapport over the years due to her honest, reliable, personal service. She receives frequent testimonials from tenants and owners commending her on her work and performance. Her keen eye for attention to detail is well recognised by her clients and her colleagues alike.

Commitment, communication and customer service flair are the attributes I hope to bring to my team. Moving from a senior role in Bond Administration in the Department of Commerce, I became part of the Pulse Property Group team in July 2015.

I started in Real Estate from the ground up; a Receptionist position soon led into the Property Management division assisting one Property Manager in a supportive role. Only a few months on, I jumped at the chance to manage my own portfolio.

I have a reputation with my clients of being a hard worker and a good communicator. I am dedicated to my portfolio, and I enjoy liaising with the all of my clients and the relationships I form with both landlords and tenants. With the use of my excellent time management and organisation skills it makes the everyday challenge enjoyable. I would like to think that my easy going and positive attitude makes me very approachable and has a positive influence on the way I manage my portfolio.

Wendy is a Senior Property Manager and has over 10 years’experience in sales, marketing, and working with multinational companies Australia wide.

Wendy’s extensive knowledge of the property market, combined with her passion for real estate and people who are associated with it,make her the ideal person to assist you with the management of your properties and deliver the best possible returns for your investment.

Natalie comes with vast experience in Leasing and Property Management in Dubai as well as in Perth for the past 18 years. She has great knowledge of the real estate market and has worked in all departments in Property Management.

Natalie lived a dynamic and fast paced life in Dubai and worked as leasing and Property Manager with leading real estate companies for six years, then moved to Perth and continued with her career in real estate.
Natalie holds a degree in Property Investment from Curtin University as well as Bachelor of Arts Degree

Since 2003, Paul McConnon has been successfully selling property and leasing property with nearly 1,000 property sales and leases to his name. Exceptionally hardworking,

Paul is a top performing sales and leasing agent with a wealth of overseas experience having owned and run his own Real Estate Company in Ireland. He has successfully sold and leased in an economically vibrant time, but more importantly in the economic recession experienced in Europe in the last decade. It is here Paul really honed his sales and leasing skills that gets his clients the best market price with the best buyer or tenant available.
